This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is spun into a traditional twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The composition provides maximum heat reduction, glare reduction, and improved visibility. With an openness factor of 3%, the solar screen provides excellent shade and privacy while reducing fading in furniture.
Suggested uses include drapes, sheers, window screens, roll-up shades, Roman shades, folding shades, pleated shades, and vertical blinds. While commonly used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2703 can also be used in exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric comes in an array of colors, like Oyster / Pewter P91.
SheerWeave 2703 sun screen fabric is armed with Microban® antimicrobial protection, offering an additional level of cleanliness that won't diminish for the lifetime of the fabric. Microban inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric cleaner for longer. The sun control fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
