Description

These #291 Slip-Fit Eye Ends are composed of malleable iron and fit 1-1/4" OD tubing or 1" pipes. The eye ends are properly proportioned for greatest rigidity and furnished with a stainless-steel square head set screw. The small eye allows a snug fit between the eye end, rod, and rafter holder. A barrel depth of 2 inches assures stronger holding power between the eye end and pipe. Use to connect front bars and end rafters.

A preferred option in awning hardware, Slip-Fit fittings reduce stress and time spent during awning installation. No threading is required as all fittings easily slip on or over the frame and are fastened by square-head set screws. The fittings also enable fast adjustment when the tube/pipe is not cut to exact length. Slip-Fit eye ends are sturdy and easy to use.
