The AutoSun Motor System from Simu uses the power of the sun to effortlessly retract Solair window awnings, roller shutters, screens, awning front valances and RV awnings.
By tapping the power of the sun, the AutoSun system uses only clean, renewable and free energy. First, the system collects solar energy through its solar panel. Then, the energy is transmitted from the solar panel to a battery. The DC motor is then powered by the battery and is controlled by an integrated SIMU-Hz radio control and electronic limits.
Using advanced technology, this solar powered system also detects frost and obstacles for worry free operation when mounted in rolling shutters. AutoSun is also quick and easy to install. It requires no power supply cables, no holes to be drilled and no electrician is necessary.
Operation is simple. The battery features an easy access button to reset the motor. And thanks to built in radio technology, the end limit distance settings can be personalized with four different possibilities using the remote.
