This PVC trim is designed to cover up staples once the fabric has been stapled into place. Used in canopy and awning frames, Steel Stitch ZipStrip is driven into the open channel with an air hammer. Offered in over 30 colors, like Dark Green.
Steel Stitch awning hardware is a popular choice for its quick-and-easy, durable method for installing awnings. Staples are driven into the Steel Stitch tube, attaching the fabric firmly to the awning frame. The staple channel is then hidden with Steel Stitch fabric-covered or plain PVC ZipStrip, which is easily driven into the channel with a compact pneumatic hammer.
