This PVC trim is engineered to cover up staples once the fabric has been fixed into place. Used in awning and canopy frames, Steel Stitch ZipStrip is driven into the open channel with a pneumatic hammer. Available in over 30 colors, such as Terra Cotta.
Steel Stitch awning hardware is a popular choice for its easy, reliable solution for installing awnings. Staples are driven into the Steel Stitch tube, affixing the fabric securely to the awning frame. The staple channel is then concealed with Steel Stitch fabric-covered or plain PVC ZipStrip, which is quickly driven into the channel with a handheld pneumatic hammer.
