This PVC trim is built to cover staples once the fabric has been fixed into place. Used for canopy and awning frames, Steel Stitch ZipStrip is driven into the open channel using an air hammer. Offered in over 30 colors, such as Crystal Clear.
Steel Stitch awning hardware is a popular choice for its quick-and-easy, reliable technique for awning installation. Staples are driven into the Steel Stitch tube, affixing the fabric securely to the awning frame. The staple channel is then hidden with Steel Stitch PVC or fabric-covered ZipStrip, which is quickly driven into the channel with a compact pneumatic hammer.
