Sunbrella Extract Oil Based Stain Remover draws out the toughest, most set-in grease and oil-based stains for quick and easy removal. Specially formulated to penetrate the fiber of the fabric, Sunbrella Extract targets stain particles, capturing and lifting the debris. Once applied, Sunbrella Extract dries into a powder that is easily removed with a vacuum. This Sunbrella tested, Sunbrella approved formula meets the state of California's Treatments Containing PFASs for Use on Converted Textiles or Leathers. Sunbrella Extract comes in a 5oz (142g) metal spray can. Dimensions measure 2in x 2in x 7in.
Directions: Before using, shake container well, remove excess liquid/debris from stain, and let stain dry before starting treatment. To clean, hold can upright, 6-8 inches away from stain. Spray in a circular motion just outside the perimeter of the stain, slowly working inward until stain is completely covered. Allow cleaner to dry completely. Use a vacuum or a soft bristle brush to remove powder. Repeat as needed for tough or set-in stains. On non-Sunbrella fabrics, test a small, hidden area for colorfastness and examine when dry. If color or texture if affected, do not use.

PPE is highly recommended to avoid contact with eyes, skin, and mucous membranes. Securely store Sunbrella Extract in a well-ventilated area. Protect container from sunlight. Never store in a vehicle. Do not expose to temperatures above 122°F or 50°C.

Question: What are oil based stains?
Answer: Oil based stains are the toughest to completely remove, compared to water-based stains, as they are hydrophobic and repel water. Butter, bacon grease, salad dressing, mayonnaise and sunscreen are all oil based stains and can be treated using our Sunbrella Extract Oil Based Stain Remover.
Question: Can I use Sunbrella Extract on all types of fabric?
Answer: Sunbrella Extract has been tested and approved for use on all Sunbrella fabrics (except for Horizon® Marine Vinyl). Sunbrella Extract is also safe for use on most other water safe fabrics but should always be spot tested before use on non-Sunbrella fabrics.

Answer: Sunbrella Extract is ideal for removing tough oil, grease stains, and may be effective for older, stubborn spots or stains.
