SunTex 80 is a specialized woven mesh that blocks 80% of the sun's heat before it reaches your windows. Ideal for outdoor blinds, exterior solar screens, and sun-shading projects, SunTex 80/90 is perfect for use in window screens, door screens, patios, motorized shades, or canopies.
Crafted from durable vinyl-coated polyester, SunTex exterior shading fabric is both pet resistant and built to last. It resists mildew and fading, requiring just a simple cleaning with mild soap and water. Plus, SunTex 80/90 can also contribute to energy savings by minimizing the heat caused by the sun's rays.
SunTex is infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, helping to provide an additional level of cleanliness protection that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the screen. Microban protection inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew and works continuously, keeping screens cleaner for longer. This product is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD® Gold certified.
