Phifer SunTex 80 is a distinct outdoor mesh fabric that absorbs up to 80% of the sun's hot rays. With a 20% open weave, it acts as a well-ventilated privacy screen with great outward viewing while still blocking UV light and insects. When used as an outdoor window shade, it helps keep rooms cooler and minimizes fading in furniture. Because of this, it's a great energy saver.
SunTex is infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, helping to provide an additional level of cleanliness protection that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the screen. Microban protection inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew and works continuously, keeping screens cleaner for longer. This product is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD® Gold certified.
