Phifer SunTex 90 is a sleek outdoor mesh fabric that absorbs up to 90% of the sun's hot rays. With a 10% open weave, it serves as a breathable privacy screen with fair outward visibility while still blocking UV light and insects. When used as an outdoor window shade, it keeps interiors cooler and prevents furniture from fading. As a result, it's a great energy saver. Composed of durable vinyl-coated polyester, the sun screen fabric combats pet damage and tearing.
SunTex is perfect as a mesh sun shade fabric on windows, doors, porches, and patios. Furnished with Microban® antimicrobial guard, the material stays cleaner for longer. The exterior solar screen curbs the buildup of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. For the occasional cleaning, use mild soap and water.
