SunTex 97, a full basketweave vinyl-coated polyester fabric, is specially engineered for exterior roller shades. Lighter and thinner than traditional SunTex, its 1-5% openness factor offers improved heat and glare management as well as daytime privacy.
SunTex exterior shading fabric is pet resistant, won't mildew or fade, and requires minimal upkeep—just clean it with mild soap and water when needed. Suitable for any outdoor project, SunTex 95/97/99 also aids in energy savings by cutting down on the sun's heat and glare.
SunTex is infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, helping to provide an additional level of cleanliness protection that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the screen. Microban protection inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew and works continuously, keeping screens cleaner for longer. This product is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD® Gold certified.
