SunTex 97 is a lightweight, thinner alternative to traditional SunTex, engineered for exterior roller shades. Its vinyl-coated polyester basketweave design, paired with a 1-5% openness factor, enhances heat and glare reduction while offering daytime privacy.
SunTex exterior shading fabric is pet, mildew, and fade resistant, and requires only light cleaning with mild soap and water. It's great for all exterior applications, and an added bonus of SunTex 95/97/99 is that it helps save energy by reducing the sun's glare and heat.
SunTex is infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, helping to provide an additional level of cleanliness protection that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the screen. Microban protection inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew and works continuously, keeping screens cleaner for longer. This product is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD® Gold certified.
