Twitchell’s Textilene Nano 60 is woven with a thin, lightweight core diameter yarn. This high-performance solar screen fabric is made from antimicrobial, PVC-coated polyester. It is designed to minimize harmful UV rays, heat transfer, and glare. Blocking the sun's rays, the solar screen fabric is flame resistant and fade resistant. It is also a durable substitute to insect screen.
The mesh fabric is an excellent energy saver and prevents indoor furnishings from fading. The material offers daytime privacy with exceptional outward clarity. Use Textilene Nano 60 in Black for exterior window screens, gazebo screening, interior/exterior roller shades, patio shades, and more.

Textilene can be heat sealed with a Hot Wedge, Hot Air, or Radio Frequency (RF) welder. We suggest testing a small piece of fabric first to get the right temperature.
