Twitchell’s Textilene Nano 95 is woven with a thin, lightweight core diameter yarn when compared to the original Textilene 95. This high-performance solar screen fabric is made of antimicrobial, PVC-coated polyester. It is built to decrease harmful UV rays, heat transfer, and glare. Blocking out as much as 95% of the sun's rays, the solar screen fabric is flame resistant and fade resistant. It is also a resilient replacement to insect screen.
The mesh fabric is an excellent energy saver and prevents interior furnishings from fading. The material supplies daytime privacy with extraordinary outward clarity. Use Textilene Nano 95 in Sable for exterior patio shades, interior/exterior roller shades, gazebo screening, window screens, and more.
Textilene fulfills NFPA 17 and CSFM (Title 19) criteria. It is GREENGUARD® Gold and REACH certified, RoHS certified, Phthalate and Lead (Pb) free, and fulfills California Prop. 65 aside from noting FR chemicals where necessary). Printable/digital imaging capable.

Textilene may be heat sealed with a Hot Wedge, Hot Air, or Radio Frequency (RF) welder. We suggest trying out a small portion of fabric first to obtain the best temperature.
