Twitchell’s Textilene Nano 95 is made with a thin, lightweight core diameter yarn when compared to the original Textilene 95. This high-performance solar screen fabric is composed of antimicrobial, PVC-coated polyester. It is developed to reduce damaging UV rays, heat transfer, and glare. Blocking out as much as 95% of the sun's rays, the solar screen fabric is flame resistant and fade resistant. It is also a sturdy alternative to insect screen.
The mesh fabric is an exceptional energy saver and prevents indoor furnishings from fading. The material offers daytime privacy with outstanding external clarity. Use Textilene Nano 95 in Expresso Texture for exterior window screens, gazebo screening, interior/exterior roller shades, patio shades, and more.
Textilene satisfies NFPA 17 and CSFM (Title 19) requirements. It is GREENGUARD® Gold and REACH certified, RoHS compliant, Phthalate and Lead (Pb) free, and meets California Prop. 65 aside from listing FR chemicals where appropriate). Printable/digital imaging capable.

Textilene may be heat sealed with a Hot Wedge, Hot Air, or Radio Frequency (RF) welder. We suggest trying out a small portion of fabric first to obtain the ideal temperature.
