This threaded eye end is made from plated, malleable iron and has a large eye. Used in the construction of awnings, the eye end is attached to the ends of rafters and arms for fastening onto hinges or jaws. Threaded Eye End #9 fits onto 1/2-inch pipe. Since it's threaded, no hardware is required to secure it to the pipe. Use with a front cotter hinge or side nut hinge. Eye hole diameter: 0.565"
