Sunbrella Horizon hidem gimp and welt are heavy duty, attractive, and designed to hold up in marine environments. Made from Sunbrella Horizon coated ESL (engineered synthetic leather), these marine binding products are resistant to water, mildew, pinking, abrasion, cold crack, and salt.
Sunbrella Horizon hidem gimp is a center-split hidem gimp that makes a high-quality upholstery trim. Use to cover staples or tacks in boat upholstery and other marine fabric trim functions. To install, simply position the hidem gimp over the staple-lined fabric edge and staple in the middle to hide the fasteners. The hidem has a 5/8-inch width and comes in full rolls of 25 yards.
Sunbrella Horizon welt is sewn in to visually improve seams on boat seating. This premium welt cord makes an excellent marine upholstery piping. The welt has a 5/8-inch width and comes in full rolls of 38 yards.
