Description

Vadney Clip #1178120 is used to install snap studs into boat windshield frames without drilling holes or adding metal clips which can damage aluminum frames. It fits into the track of most windshields and is made of black nylon.

Simply fold the Vadney Clip in half and insert into the track of a windshield. Then use a 3/8" screw stud (sold separately) to apply your canvas snaps to the windshield. The screw threads into the hole, and forces the clip open, wedging the clip in place. This small but mighty piece of hardware is similar to a drywall anchor, expanding and gripping onto the windshield frame for a secure hold.
