A part of the VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fastener method, the #1000 "loop" (female) section includes small, soft loops. This woven tape fastener engages with the #88 “hook” (male) strip that's covered in small, stiff hooks. When combined, the dual mating strips create a custom-fit, highly versatile, and stable closure.
