The VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fastener system is used across a variety of industries. This #9000 “loop” (female) section features small, soft loops. The woven tape fastener joins with the #81 “hook” (male) section that features small, stiff hooks. When combined, the two mating strips create an adjustable, versatile, and secure closure.
The VELCRO® Brand tape’s lightweight, polyester structure delivers high strength, stability, and easy care. While typically not as strong as nylon, polyester offers better UV and water repellency. The acrylic adhesive backing supplies a strong hold to various surfaces. The exclusive self-gripping technology removes the need for buckles, rings, or snaps. Applications for these adhesive strips include indoor/outdoor functions, marine fastening, cushion placement, clothing, mounting and adhering to walls and other surfaces, and other industrial uses. VELCRO® Brand polyester loop tape #155237 has a 1-inch width and comes in black.
