These worm gear winding shaft eyes are used in mounting retractable awnings. They're commonly used as a replacement part in older retractable awning models. Made to last, the worm gear winding shaft eye is made from reinforced, plated, malleable iron. This eye easily attaches to the winding shaft with an M6 (metric) bolt. Use with 5/8-inch iron.
