Look to YKK #10 VISLON separating zippers for a lightweight but resilient zipper. Made with injection-molded acetal plastic teeth and polyester tape, it stands up to repeated use. YKK #VFUVOL-106 EW is a short, separating zipper with an auto-lock, single pull, plastic slider. Chain width is 10mm. Zipper tape roll length is 24 inches. Available here in black.
