The YKK SNAD fastener in 1-9/16" Clear is a secure, inventive snap fastener that affixes to different surfaces using an enhanced adhesive. This eliminates having to drill holes in surfaces to install the fastener. With a flexible silicone base, it readily molds to surfaces. The stud works well for cushions and marine applications. Contrary to typical metal trims, SNAD is a stainless-steel adhesive snap item. This product will not snag clothing or deteriorate from exposure to sunlight, dirt, or sand.
The snap fastener's smooth shape allows for easy cleaning. It will not corrode, discolor, or crack. Installation is simple: clean the surface where the snap is to be affixed, peel off the protective paper backing, position and firmly hold the snap in place, and let go.
SNAD is compatible with any DOT®, Fasnap®, Morito, Stimpson™, or YKK snap components meeting Mil Spec 10884 (MS27980 Style 2).
