YKK VISLON UV #10 zippers are engineered especially for marine applications. All element and slider materials are scientifically designed to resist damage from sunlight and abrasion.
The teeth are made from durable, injection-molded acetal plastic. The acetal resin is attached to a strong polyester cord and tape, which ensure the sliders stay on track. The acetal polymer reduces the effect of UV radiation, significantly increasing the zipper's life.
For ease of use, the VISLON zipper is corrosion resistant and self-lubricating. It works smoothly against mud, sand, and more. Since the color is integrated into the molding process, the finish does not peel, chip, or rub off. Uses include marine, upholstery, awning enclosures, tents, bags, industrial curtains, and more.
#VFUV is a black separating zipper with an auto-lock, double pull, metal slider. Chain width is 10mm. Zipper tape roll length is 144 inches.
