YKK VISLON UV #8 zippers are created specifically for marine settings. All element and slider materials are scientifically constructed to resist damage from weathering and sunlight. The teeth are molded from heavy-duty acetal plastic. The acetal polymer is attached to a strong polyester tape and cord, which make sure the sliders remain on the track. The acetal resin minimizes the impact of UV radiation, significantly increasing the zipper's life.
For easy operation, the VISLON
marine zippers are corrosion resistant and self-lubricating. It endures mud, sand, and other natural elements. Because the color is integrated into the molding process, the finish does not chip, peel, or rub off. Use the zipper for custom marine projects, awning enclosures, bags, tents, upholstery, industrial curtains, and other applications.
