The weather-resistant elements of the YKK #10VF VISLON zippers make them optimal for multiple markets. With teeth made from resilient acetal plastic, the zipper chain is erosion resistant and self-lubricating. This means it keeps working, even when facing rain, dirt, and sand. The tape is made from polyester, which provides high tenacity and low stretch for maximum support. Since the color is incorporated into the molding process, the finish does not rub off, chip, or peel.
With a high strength per weight ratio, YKK zippers are great for upholstery, marine, canopy enclosures, bags, tents, industrial curtains, and other applications.
#299398 is a white zipper chain (sliders sold separately). Chain width is 10mm. Tape width on either side of the chain is 11/16". Zipper tape roll length is 109 yards.
