Description

YKK VISLON UV #8 zippers are engineered especially for marine settings. All element and slider materials are scientifically designed to resist damage from weathering and sunlight. The teeth are molded from durable acetal plastic. The acetal polymer is attached to a strong polyester tape and cord, which ensure the sliders stay on track. The acetal resin reduces the effect of UV radiation, significantly increasing the zipper's life.

For easy operation, the VISLON zipper is corrosion resistant and self-lubricating. It withstands mud, sand, and other natural elements. Since the color is integrated into the molding process, the finish does not peel, chip, or rub off. Use the zipper for custom marine projects, upholstery, awning enclosures, tents, bags, industrial curtains, and other applications.

#VFUV (279890) is a black separating zipper with a non-lock, double pull, metal slider. Chain width is 8mm. Zipper tape roll length is 18 inches.
