This #2J grommet has a slightly longer barrel and comes with a plain washer. Used to fortify holes in a range of fabrics, the J grommets are used for thicker fabrics. Made of heavy-gauge brass, these compact but durable pieces of hardware can withstand any type of environment. Simply cut a hole into the fabric then position the metal grommet and washer with the proper setting tools.
While best-suited for drapery, curtains, and vinyl banners, they also function well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific uses include awnings, seats, boat covers, flags and banners, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, signs and media, outdoor tents, and tarpaulins.
The hole's inner diameter is 3/8". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 pieces total). Can be used interchangeably with plain or teeth washers.
