One of the highlights of IFAI Expo was our Campfire education session on “Effective Ways to Use Social Media to Drive Sales.” Our outside sales representative Ron Paratore led a discussion on social media basics for businesses of every size, the impact of this constantly evolving media on connecting with customers and prospects, and tips for identifying fresh content and sharing customers’ success stories. The audience questions were insightful, and it was clear from the responses just how impactful social media can be to generate sales and engagement and extend key messages.
