St. Louis is home to the St. Louis Cardinals, the Gateway Arch, and a community with love for music and the arts. Our Trivantage distribution center is located nearby, in Hazelwood just outside of St. Louis.

This location serves the awning and marine needs of our Midwestern region customers. As with all our distribution centers, at the St. Louis location, our focus is getting Trivantage products to customers quickly and efficiently.

This location is close to St. Louis Lambert International Airport as well as I-270; the Trivantage St. Louis location can achieve faster shipping times and operational efficiency. We are also able to offer one-day shipping for Illinois and major centers such as Kansas City, Memphis, and Nashville.

We pride ourselves on our large selection. Our selection includes a wide range of high quality textiles, specializing in awning fabric, awning hardware, marine fabric, and marine hardware. Our performance fabrics are available by the yard.

How quickly can I pick up an order after placing it?

  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 hours of being placed.

Will I be notified when my order is ready?

  • You will receive an invoice email once the order is completed, which indicates it is ready.

What do I need to bring for pickup?

  • Please have your PO number with company name. Please also bring a vehicle that can accommodate your order. If items must be secured, you must bring your own tie-down materials; we do not provide rope or assist with securing items due to liability.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

  • Yes. Please ensure they know it is a pickup order and have the company name and PO number.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

  • Yes, with cutoff times: regular FedEx and UPS orders must be placed by 4:30 p.m. Expedited FedEx and UPS orders must be received by 4 p.m.; LTL must be placed by 2:30 p.m.; USPS must be placed by 3 p.m.; SpeeDee must be placed by 2:30 p.m.

Can I switch orders from shipping to pickup?

  • Yes, if the order has not progressed beyond the point where the shipping method can be changed, then with notification it can be changed.

Can I pay at pickup?

  • Yes, but it may increase pickup time. We do not accept cash. Payment options include credit card, certified check, or approved company check. Prepaid orders are encouraged.

Where is the Will Call pickup area located?

  • Signs will direct you to the front of the building.

What are parking or loading options for pickup?

  • Parking is available on-site. Pickup may occur at the Will Call area or dock doors depending on the items purchased.

Can large trucks or trailers access this location?

  • Yes. Dock-high and drive-up doors are available.

Do you offer custom fabric cutting at this location?

  • Yes. We provide cut yardage of fabric according to the order.

What is the maximum cutting width?

  • Up to 86 inches except for Midwest which is 72 inches max.

Are there fees for cutting services?

  • No additional cutting fees apply. Goods are priced based on the yardage ordered.

How long does custom cutting take?

  • Please allow approximately 2 hours for processing (including cut yardage and other items).

Can I place an order at the branch?

  • Yes, orders can be placed at the branch; however, all orders must be processed through our system. Processing times will vary based on order size and current queue volume.

Can I add to my existing order?

  • Yes, additions can be made to an existing order, provided it has not yet been picked or entered the processing stage.

Can I change my order?

  • Yes, changes can be made if the order has not been picked or entered the processing stage.
