Located between the Research Triangle and the Piedmont Triad regions, our Trivantage Mebane location houses a 102,000 square foot facility for a large selection of fabrics, spanning across upholstery, marine, and shade/awning. This center is one of our top distribution centers for upholstery, but here you will also find a large selection of marine fabrics and awning fabrics by the yard, as well as marine hardware and awning hardware.

Selection is nearly endless at our Mebane location, which serves as a consolidation point for 10,000 different SKUs of high quality fabric products for our online fabric store and as a central receiving point for more than 300 Trivantage suppliers. Mebane replenishes our distribution network (including our partners in Canada and Mexico) along with serving customers in the Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina markets in addition to customers across the nation when needed.

Centrally located to Interstate-85 and Interstate-40, distribution hubs for UPS and Glen Raven Transportation, the Trivantage Consolidated Distribution Center (CDC) integrates the latest systems in automated warehouse management by combining operations into one location to improve operational efficiency. • You will receive an invoice email once the order is completed, which indicates it is ready. We can provide a notification upon request.

What do I need to bring for pickup?

• Please have your PO number with company name. Please also bring a vehicle that can accommodate your order. If items must be secured, you must bring your own tie-down materials; we do not provide rope or assist with securing items due to liability.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

• Yes. Please ensure they know it is a pickup order and have the company name and PO number.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

• Yes, with cutoff times: FedEx orders must be placed by 4:30 p.m.; LTL and UPS orders must be placed by noon. For most non-parcel shipments, the cutoff is noon.

Can I switch orders from shipping to pickup?

• Yes, if the order has not progressed beyond the point where the shipping method can be changed, then with notification it can be changed.

Can I pay at pickup?

• Yes, but it may increase pickup time. We do not accept cash. Payment options include credit card, certified check, or approved company check. Prepaid orders are encouraged.

Where is the Will Call pickup area located?

• Signs will direct you to the front of the building.

What are parking or loading options for pickup?

• Parking is available on-site. Pickup may occur at the Will Call area or dock doors depending on the items purchased.

Can large trucks or trailers access this location?

• Yes. Dock-high and drive-up doors are available.

Do you offer custom fabric cutting at this location?

• Yes. We provide cut yardage of fabric according to the order.

What is the maximum cutting width?

• We can cut up to 157 inches.

Are there fees for cutting services?

• No additional cutting fees apply. Goods are priced based on the yardage ordered.

How long does custom cutting take?

• Please allow approximately 2 hours for processing (including cut yardage and other items).
