This #3 rolled rim grommet and spur washer pack is used to reinforce holes in a range of fabrics. Forged from heavy-gauge brass, these compact yet resilient pieces of hardware can withstand any type of climate. The finish gives a matte black look and assists in abrasion resistance. The rolled rim grommet provides a slightly thicker material. The spur washer offers additional teeth when compared to a tooth washer. When the two come together, this grommet and washer pair offers the most stable and robust option. Since they don't shift around after installed, this makes them ideal for rigorous environments that experience movement, like for use on boats. Simply perforate a hole into the fabric then position the metal grommet and washer with the suitable setting tools.
While optimal for curtains, drapery, and vinyl banners, they also work well in custom awning, outdoor upholstery, and marine jobs. Specific applications consist of boat covers, banners and flags, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, seats, signs and media, tarpaulins, outdoors tents, and awnings.
The hole's inner diameter measures 15/32". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 total pieces).
