Use Hand Special Cutter #149 for #2 rolled rim grommets and spur washers. The grommet hole punch punctures a 3/8" hole size when used with a rawhide mallet. The hand tool is small and easy to use. For best results, use the fabric hole punch with a Urethane Cutting Pad.
