Use Hand Special Cutter #149 with #5 rolled rim grommets and spur washers. The grommet hole punch punctures a 5/8" sized hole with the use of a rawhide mallet. This hand tool is portable and easy to use. For optimum results, use the fabric hole punch with a Trivantage® Cutting Pad.
