Description

This fastener cutter is used for punching holes in the fabric prior to installing 78403 and 78404 DOT Common Sense eyelets. The fabric hole punch is recommended for use with a dead blow hammer or rawhide maul and a urethane cutting pad. This hand tool is portable and simple to use.

Product Note: Not to be used with metal or steelhead hammers.
