These Osborne setting dies are made of superior-grade steel. Use for setting #4 rolled rim grommets and spur washers by hand.
Product Note: Setting dies are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship, but this guarantee is not intended to include tools against wear, over-strain, and steel hammering. To obtain maximum life of tools, use a dead blow hammer, rawhide mallet, and urethane cutting pad . Strike at a 90-degree angle for best results.
Product Note: The male sits higher on the base. This gap prevents the teeth on the spur grommets from getting crushed when set.
