This premium line of Polyfab Pro marine-grade hardware is suggested for use in tension shade structures with HDPE knitted shadecloth or an equivalent fabric. Composed of stainless steel type 316, these eye/eye turnbuckles provide great tension control. The turnbuckle functions as a connection between the shade sail fabric and foundational structure.
Applications include shade structures, like tension membrane or hip and ridge shade sails. This heavy-duty turnbuckle is suited for an 8 mm shade system. Great for lifting and rigging purposes, the fitting is backed by a 5-year warranty. Using an anti-seize product on turnbuckle threads is recommended to minimize binding.
