This flat UVR PVC Track is a center mount track with a heavy-duty PVC profile that maximizes load capability for bimini tops, large covers, and track-to-track enclosures. It is pre-drilled every four inches, and may be heat-formed to most radiuses. Its large channel opening enables use of stainless-steel #6 oval head screws for more secure attachment. The deep screw trough base design allows for use of 8.5mm Keder with sufficient clearance of screw heads.
The PVC Track is designed with a pocketed underside to accommodate Double-Faced Foam Pressure Sensitive Tape, which is used to set and seal the track to the mounting surface before securing with screws.
This Flangeless UVR HD PVC Track is 16' long and 1.5" wide. Sold in full lengths only.
