This #1 rolled rim grommet and spur washer pair is made to fortify holes in a variety of fabrics. Made from heavy-gauge brass, these compact yet durable pieces of hardware can endure any kind of setting. The finish gives a matte black look and assists in abrasion resistance. The rolled rim grommet offers a slightly thicker material. The spur washer provides more teeth than a tooth washer. When the two engage, this grommet and washer pair provides the most robust and stable option. Since they don't move around after installed, this makes them ideal for rough applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Easily perforate a hole into the fabric then install the metal grommet and washer with the appropriate setting tools.
While best-suited for banners, drapery, and curtains, they also operate well in custom awning, outdoor upholstery, and marine jobs. Specific applications consist of banners and flags, privacy drapes, boat covers, luggage, safety gear, seating, signs and media, tarps, awnings, and outdoor tents.
