This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is spun into a traditional twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The composition provides maximum glare reduction, heat reduction, and improved visibility. With an average openness of 3%, the solar screen gives excellent shade and privacy while reducing fading in furnishings.
Suggested uses include Roman shades, pleated window shades, roll-up shades, folding shades, vertical blinds, drapes, screens, and sheers. While widely used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2703 can also be used for exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric is available in an array of color options, like Oyster / Charcoal P28.
SheerWeave 2703 sun screen fabric is armed with Microban® antimicrobial protection, offering an added level of cleanliness that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the fabric. Microban discourages the growth of stains and bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric clean for longer. The sun control fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
