Designed for exterior roller shade applications, SunTex 97 features a full basketweave construction using vinyl-coated polyester. This thinner, lighter fabric provides a 1-5% openness factor, improving heat and glare control while also offering daytime privacy.
Resistant to pets, mildew, and fading, SunTex exterior shading fabric is easy to maintain with occasional cleaning using mild soap and water. Ideal for outdoor settings, SunTex 95/97/99 can also reduce energy consumption by limiting the heat caused by the sun's glare.
SunTex is infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, helping to provide an additional level of cleanliness protection that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the screen. Microban protection inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew and works continuously, keeping screens cleaner for longer. This product is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD® Gold certified.
