This threaded eye end is composed of plated, malleable iron. Used in the construction of awnings, the eye end is placed on the ends of arms and rafters to fasten onto hinges or jaws. Use with a front cotter hinge or side nut hinge. Threaded Eye End #5 features a small eye and fits 3/4-inch pipe. Since it's threaded, no hardware is required to secure the eye end to the pipe.
