The VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fastener solution is employed across a range of industries. This #9000 "loop" (female) strip consists of small, soft loops. The woven tape fastener accompanies the #81 "hook" (male) strip that's composed of small, stiff hooks. When clasped together, the pair of mating strips make an adjustable, multipurpose, and secure closure.
The VELCRO® Brand tape's lightweight, polyester structure provides strength, stability, and simple care. While normally not as strong as nylon, polyester affords better resistance to water and UV damage. The exclusive self-gripping technology removes the need for rings, snaps, or buckles. Functions for the strips consist of cushion placement, clothing, marine fastening, indoor/outdoor settings, clothing, recreational gear, straps, tying, wrapping, bundling, and others. VELCRO® Brand polyester loop tape #190468 has a width of 1 inch and comes in black.
