Description

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek 62" Sand WC800 awning fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage. This awning fabric pairs the textured appearance of an acrylic-like woven textile with the vinyl-stable durability of a commercial-grade thermoplastic fabric. Its flexible polymer and polyester-reinforced PVC construction provides a soft hand for easier handling, sewing, frame fitting, and installation while supporting dimensional stability and structural integrity. Rain Kleen® protection helps preserve color intensity, extend fabric life, resist dirt buildup, and simplify cleaning. The fabric can also help maintain a taut appearance, reduce stretching, retain its shape over time, and produce high-clarity colors and imaging through graphics and digital printing.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
