The seamstick taper tool is quick and easy to use. Begin by taking your tape and folding about an inch or two of the tape back to itself. This will prevent it from having the sticky side exposed and will make it easier to load into the tool. Now, remove the spindle from the tool, separate the components and put one spool of tape on, followed by the spacer, followed by the second spool of tape, and then the extra spindle. Load the tape into the tool and feed
the tape from below up through the
slots in the tool block by folding the tape back on itself. It'll make this process much easier. Simply put the zipper into place, close the lid and pull the zipper through in a smooth, continuous motion.
