Description

Weather-Chek 62" Burgundy WC815 awning fabric delivers the textured, acrylic-like appearance of a woven textile along with the vinyl-stable durability of Herculite’s commercial-grade thermoplastic construction. The flexible polymer material has a soft hand that helps fabricators handle, sew, fit, and install the fabric without damage. Polyester-reinforced PVC provides dimensional stability and structural integrity for commercial awnings and architectural canopies, helping reduce stretching and support a taut, lasting shape. Rain Kleen® protection helps resist dirt buildup, preserve color intensity, extend fabric life, and improve ease of cleaning. Weather-Chek also accommodates graphics and digital printing for clear colors and imaging. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
