Description

Herculite Weather-Chek 62" Designer White WC888 combines the textured appearance of a woven, acrylic-like fabric with commercial-grade thermoplastic durability for weatherproof shade applications. Its flexible polymer construction creates a soft hand that makes the fabric easier to handle, sew, fit to frames, and install without damage. The polyester-reinforced PVC structure supplies dimensional stability and structural integrity for architectural canopies and commercial awnings, helping reduce stretching, retain shape, and support a taut finished appearance. Rain Kleen® protection helps maintain color intensity, extend fabric life, resist dirt accumulation, and make cleaning easier. As a premium coated fabric with one of the longest warranties among similar products, Weather-Chek is also suitable for graphics and digital printing with high-clarity colors and imaging. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
