Description

Herculite Weather-Chek 62" Driftwood WC819 is a premium coated awning fabric that provides a woven, acrylic-like appearance without sacrificing commercial-grade thermoplastic performance. Its flexible polymer construction and soft hand make the fabric easier to handle, sew, fit to frames, and install without damage. Polyester-reinforced PVC gives the material dimensional stability and structural integrity for commercial awnings and architectural canopies, helping it remain taut, reduce stretching, and retain its shape over time. A Rain Kleen® protective finish helps extend fabric life, maintain color intensity, resist dirt buildup, and improve cleanability. The surface is also suitable for graphics and digital printing with high-clarity results. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
