Weather-Chek 62" Ocean Blue WC846 from Herculite provides the woven, acrylic-like look of a textile with the durable performance of a commercial-grade thermoplastic awning fabric. Built with flexible polymers and polyester-reinforced PVC, the fabric offers a soft hand for easier handling, sewing, fitting to frames, and installation without damage. Its dimensional stability and structural integrity help commercial awnings and architectural canopies retain a taut appearance, reduce stretching, and maintain their shape over time. The Rain Kleen® finish helps resist dirt buildup, protect color intensity, extend the fabric’s life, and improve ease of cleaning. Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.
Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
