Description

Herculite Weather-Chek 62" Rust WC809 is a weatherproof shade and awning fabric designed to provide the textured look of a woven textile without giving up the performance benefits of a commercial-grade thermoplastic material. The polyester-reinforced PVC construction supports structural integrity, dimensional stability, reduced stretching, and long-term shape retention for commercial awnings and architectural canopies. A flexible polymer construction and soft hand make the material easier to sew, handle, fit, and install without damage. Rain Kleen® protection helps resist dirt buildup, preserve color intensity, extend fabric life, and improve cleaning ease, while compatibility with graphics and digital printing supports high-clarity imaging. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
